We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information is processed when you visit this website, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is the operator of this website. Their details are published on our Contact page.

2. What we process

• Technical data. Our servers receive your IP address and browser details with every request, as any website does. The IP address is used only to deliver the page and to determine your country (see section 3); it is not stored in our database.
• Outbound clicks. When you click a casino link we record which casino and which page you clicked from, with a timestamp. No IP address, account or other personal identifier is attached.
• Emails you send us. If you contact us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

We do not run advertising trackers and do not sell or share personal data.

3. Country detection

Online gambling advertising is restricted in some countries. To comply, we determine your country from your IP address and hide casino links where they may not be shown. This is based on our legal obligation and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c) and (f)). IP geolocation by DB-IP.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use only strictly necessary storage, which does not require consent:

Click statistics are kept in aggregate for as long as they are needed to measure partnerships. Emails are deleted once the enquiry is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep them.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise them, contact us using the details on the Contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
